The enquiry form

The form prepares a WhatsApp message using the details you enter. Those details are included in the link opened with WhatsApp. You can review and edit the message before sending. This WhatsApp brief form does not save your answers in the website database or send the message automatically. The separate contact-request form in the chat is described below.

AI chat, when enabled

When you send a chat message, its text and the recent conversation are sent through this website’s server to Groq to generate a reply. Copywrk does not save chat transcripts in a database. The visible conversation stays in page memory until you reset it, navigate away or reload. Groq may process and retain data under its own policies; see Groq’s data information. Do not enter sensitive information. Chat messages alone do not contact Aayush or create a saved enquiry. The optional contact-request form below is separate from the AI conversation. You can also use the WhatsApp link to contact him yourself.

For basic abuse protection, the Vercel server caches a short-lived, keyed hash derived from your network address with a request count. It does not include chat text or your raw address and expires after about a minute. Provider quotas and temporary failures may make chat unavailable.

Requesting contact from Aayush

When you choose “Have Aayush contact me”, review the form and give consent, Copywrk saves your name, chosen contact method and address or number, optional business name, service interest, requirement, page path, submission date and consent version in a private Neon database. The full AI chat transcript is not saved with the enquiry. You may copy your own chat questions into the requirement field and edit them before submission. These details are used to respond to your enquiry, not to subscribe you to marketing.

If email notifications are configured, the submitted enquiry is also sent through Resend to Copywrk’s designated inbox. Copywrk keeps a notification status so an email failure does not remove the saved enquiry. Contact Aayush via WhatsApp to request correction or deletion. A separate short-lived keyed hash and count limit contact-form submissions; no raw network address is saved in that database table.

External services

WhatsApp, Instagram and external project websites have their own privacy practices. The site’s hosting provider and external platforms may process technical request information under their own policies.

Fonts and measurement

The site serves its fonts and images from its own assets. It does not currently include analytics, marketing tracking or a cookie-based advertising system. Your motion preference is remembered in the current browser tab using session storage. It contains no personal or enquiry information.
